I should imagine that the only people who give good reviews for estate agents are gaining something. Rude and very unhelpful on the phone. Will NEVER rent through these again and certainly do not recommend to anyone!!
After some very poor experiences with letting agencies, Miller Countrywide have restored my faith with their high standards of customer service to prospective tenants and make the process of taking up a tenancy as painless as possible. Their fees are very reasonable in comparison to many of the sub-standard agencies that are somehow allowed to stay in business. In particular, the friendly professionalism of Tom and his ability to answer all my questions (if he didn't know the answer he always called me back as promised), was very reassuring and Danielle was very prompt with the paperwork side of things, quickly clarifying queries with her speedy response to emails. I couldn't recommend the organisation or staff more highly and look forward to a long and happy tenancy through them.
We chose to go through Miller Countrywide to let a property. We were shown a property by Tom who arrived early, ensuring the house was open and ready, gave us alot of information and was very polite and professional. Tom really sold the property to us and answered lots of questions we had, ensuring we felt confident in using this company. We decided to take the house and Beverly helped us through the whole process, during this time Beverly has took the time to keep in contact with us ensuring we were up to date with the progress, gave us lots of useful information and was just so very lovely to speak to. I would recommend Miller to anyone after the fantastic service we've received from Beverly and Tom.
