I contacted Plymouth Homes looking for a house, I was specific in what I wanted to buy and Ian Mitchell called me to tell me about a property in the area that I wanted to live in. After viewing the property, I made an offer over a weekend, I didnt expect to hear from the agent until the Monday but on a Saturday evening I had a few calls from Ian which resulted in me agreeing to buy the property. Absolutely fantastic! Most estate agents could learn a lot from Plymouth Homes; their friendly 'can do' attitude and speed has done us proud. When our original landlady sold the house, we moved to a private-rented flat, it was not great and when my partner announced she was pregnant I knew we had to go. I contacted Plymouth Homes who manage the original house and asked them if we could go back. To say they helped us would be an understatement, it was all sorted in a few days and they were so friendly and helpful it has changed my view of estate agents.
