Quite possibly the worst buying experience I have had at a dealership. Rude, arrogant and condescending. Id love to have purchased an Audi, but anywhere else would be a better experience. I appreciate this wont be the same for everyone Im sure, but I personally would use another franchise if you want to buy an Audi.
Brilliant customer service,I had lost my locking wheel but key and was advised by Darren in parts that it was cheaper to buy a new set of locking wheel bolts than buy a new socket/key,he also said that Audi would take my locking wheel bolts off for free if I bought the set,which they did and it no time at all aswell .I cant thank them enough for helping me out as I thought I was stuck not being able to get a wheel off if I had a puncture .
Plymouth AUDIThis is probably the worst franchise I have ever had to deal with. When I was buying a new Audi 6 Avant Quattro they had no interest in doing a deal and I ended up buying one from Truro Audi (some 60 miles) away who are excellent. However, I thought I could still use Plymouth Audi for service as they are only 5 miles away, should have known better. You cannot get through to them on the telephone, leave messages and they go unanswered and again there is the total lack of interest in the customer. As it is, I now have a round trip of 120 miles for service and warranty, which will certainly have an impact as to if I would buy another Audi, much as I like the car. A disaster of a franchise but Marshalls Group or Audi just do not seem to care. My advice, stay well clear.Since this post, I did receive a call from the dealer principal who was genuinely concerned over my comments. As a result I have changed the review to 3 stars so will try them again in the future., and will update this review at that time.

Bought my second Audi from plympton dealer & yet again blown away with the after service I received they couldnt do enough Nathan who works with the workshop repairs services has expelled expectations couldnt be more pleased... I had a few problems after the sale of my allroad A4 which I simply love to drive which a salesman Andy sold me with so much help & reassurance! Thanks again all Audi staff for making my purchase so enjoyable & reliability of my new used car sale... :)
