DO NOT GO HERE! How arrogant can one man be? I think he was the owner too! The way he and the staff treat potential buyers is disgraceful. How they are in business is a mystery .STAY AWAY ! many more decent car dealers to choose
I have been buying cars from Plympton Car Centre for over 5 years now and from the first time I made contact with them I know I was making the right choice! Friendly, polite and very helpful staff which all seem to have been there a long time and if I remember correctly two of the sales guys are brothers which gives it a nice feel when buying your car as they go above and beyond to help you with your purchase! Cars are always in top notch condition, yes I have had some issues with one or two cars but what do you expect when you are buying a used car, but they have always resolved the issues swiftly and at no cost to myself, after reading some of the bad Reviews online about this garage, I had to write this review as never had a bad thing to say about them! There is always two sides to every story and with the amount of cars these guys I sell I am not surprised there is a couple of unhappy customers but go and make your own minds up and I can guarantee you wont be disappointed Regards Neil

Outstanding service from sales to support.I want to personally thank Adam and Tyler for getting me and my new purchase through what seemed like a long ordeal. I respect these guys in the highest regard.I had purchased a car from them, and they have no pushy sales, friendly and helpful- after taking a quick test drive I wanted the car. They guided me through the process of financing the car and made sure when I took the car it was in the best condition.However, I did encounter a problem, and the team stopped at NOTHING until it was rectified, gave me a car to use whilst repairs were done, and made sure that there wasn't any thing else needed to be done. The car is fantastic as with the benefits of going finance with them, and as with the service if you encounter any problems, you never need to worry.Thank you guys, and for future customers? I'd seriously recommend this company- don't hesitate, treat yourself! Cause you'd be definitely looked after here.
I have recently been engaged in a year long battle to get my money back( via the small claims court process) on a car that was not fit for purpose- that was purchased from this business. The business owner was incredibly difficult to communicate with throughout the process and made no effort to rectify issues until court was threatened- a warrantee was not provided at point of purchase so I strongly advise that if you purchase from this garage to be aware that you may end up in a lengthy legal battle with a company who do not care about their customers at all. The 'buy with confidence' and 'trading standards approved' means absolutely nothing when a car breaks down so don't feel that this offers you any protection. I would not advise anyone to purchase from such an unprofessional company.
