Friendly staff , informed and no pressure selling . However the general indoor area whilst neat , clean and well presented struck me as a case of needs to be bigger as it felt a little cramped . I would point out that this is just my opinion . Rowes have been in the Japanese car business for decades and the Japanese being notoriously picky I'd figure that Rowes know what they are doing . Suzuki is a recent addition to their stable , so this might be a " toe in the water scenario " .
Nice friendly place. Free drinks, comfortable. Sales man went out of his way to help. Got a good deal on a car with extras.
What a refreshing change to come across a female sales person (Ms H Cunningham). She didn't talk down to me or push the sale in any way. She acted professionally and made me feel important. There should be far more female car sales persons I say. Why should men get all the fun anyway!
