Absolutely brilliant, put the car in for a cam belt, and my air intake box had a crack in it, which I had been meaning to take care of. Without even mentioning it, or charging for it, they repaired it. No attempt to capitalise on it, they just seem to want to look after there customers. My mother bought a car from Russel Ham a few years ago, and took it in for a repair a number of years later, well outside of warranty, they noticed a brake light had gone, and replaced it, again, without charging, or trying to get "brownie points" for it, they were simply looking after there customer. Could not recommend more highly.
