Normally every time I go to Argos I get served by a gent called James, he is a bit awkward to talk to even though he tries to be polite but not too helpful. .
Click and collect is a favourite, being able to spend nectar points here is another perk. Always a good service and it's open until late, which is always helpful.
Tried to buy something, was told not in stock so had to have it delivered.their system wouldnt recognise my home address (its a listed address) and they wouldnt deliver to a work address, and they couldnt bring it into store for collection (apparently not allowed for that item). Asked what I could do to buy product and he told me buy it on amazon. If you sell something I should be able to buy it one way or another
Great well laid out store post a big refurbishment. Lots of free parking, large cafe and a great him department. Just off the A38.
