Staff are friendly & helpful. Ladies clothing dept is good and I like the food they sell in the food hall too, their fresh produce is really fresh.

Did some Christmas food shopping, staff friendly and cheerful attitude. Food hall is very cramped though. Not enough space between product isles and tills as queues were long and people getting tetchy!!

I love Marks & Spencer but I have to say that the last couple of years I feel the clothing is rather old fashioned and in fabrics that are not so comfortable. I personally prefer natural fabrics which is more in demand currently. Please get back to more cutting edge. The old styles are not going to save the business - it used to be so great and I would love for it to re-emerge.
