On visiting your store today with my mother who needed a wheel chair my car isnt big enough to get a wheel chair in, on arrival I found that your store only had 2 wheelchairs which for the size of the store is outrageous considering the amount of people who visits, then I had to wait 29 minutes for a chair to be available, but the staff were very helpful,secondly when going to the cafe we had to wait 40 mins to get served for the queues were long, when I got to counter the availability of food was minimum because they had ran out of most on the menu,I had two tosties which wasnt worth the 3.95 they hardly no filling, because we had to wait so long they gave us a free beverage for the inconvenience, I should think to, also the womans toilets only had one working out of the three, after we went to the food department Iceland very nice but when you have a wheelchair to push around you havent enough room due to having crates in the isles with stock in which then clutters up the isle when you have other customers coming through with trolleys etc and cannot get passed there is no need for these crates with offers in the isles athis is a H&S issue, unfortunately we did not enjoy our visit to your store today.

I was amazed buy how big the store was it has the best range of canvases in Plymouth at a good price I must say I was spoilt for choice a great range of products
I'm giving the store 5 stars to negate the 1 star given by someone who doesn't understand that you can't buy products from a store that is being built.
I walked 2 miles to come here for carpet cleaner as I have blood to clean due to an accident. The building doesnt even have walls yet. 1 star and a very unsatisfied customer with a still bloody floor. Who is your main competitor? Im going to go there instead.
