A lot of bad experiences here. Cant even get prescriptions out within the 48hrs. One of the receptionists seems to go out of there way to be unhelpful.

Don't bother trying to make an emergency appointment. If you call between 8-10 am you will find it hard to get through and when you do get through you're given different excused for why they can't have a doctor call your back or they will fob you off even if it concerns a child. Especially if you're unlucky enough to have to speak to a receptionist named (Sharon) who acts like the (surgery Gestapo) and will stop you at every turn trying to make an appointment. Wonder if she would be so rude an uncaring if it were her or one of her family members that needed an emergency appointment. It's not as if anyone would make a habit of calling for a emergency that's why they are called emergencies. Had to call 111 and they went over her head and had my daughter seen immediately. This woman will cause someones death and should be fired.
Not the nicest reception. Prepare for a battle of words with them when you want to see a doctor and don't want to tell them why. They will play around the houses with you first no matter how distraught you are.
a doctors surgery that goes above and beyond. appointment times can be arranged very early, sometimes the same day.
