Always late even earliest appointment. Medical care depending from doctor who takes you. Most don't listen you , give paracetamol and kick you out. Receptionist know better do you need visit doctor than you. If you disagree with receptionist, then you can go to Derriford AE. Avoid this place if possible.
Rude reception staff who are patronising. Doctors are always late and dont listen.
Totally incompetent, and negligent GPs. Theyd get minus stars, if there was the functionality to give them that.
Not good on waiting times.had to wait an hour over orginal appointment time.
This has been my surgery for over 20 years, this includes my family. Everyone who works there, work hard and have challenging situations to deal with every day. I feel very lucky to have such a caring surgery to look after my families needs.
