A great day out as guests of Babcock's Women's Network at Albion rugby ground in Plymouth watching our boys beat Cambridge! Great food, especially the cheese and port at half-time.
IT IS A VARY GOOD PLACE TO START TRANING IF IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME IN A GYM AND ALL THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WILL SHOW YOU THE RIGHT WAY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT CORRECTLY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The bar staff were efficient and well mannered. Most problems stem from the weather more than anything, so your experience may vary. Would easily accommodate weddings, birthdays, corporate events and more.
Plymouth relay for life have their annual fundraiser here. For 3 years Ive supported them by performing walk around magic. Great space if you have bigger activities.
Went to watch Plymouth Albion play. Match was good but bar staff very poor. Think I must have been invisible!
