My little man had his 8th birthday here. What can I say,worth every penny. Organised and staffed well. The perfect day and the perfect party. Thank you guys my son and his friends loved every minute. If you want a fun, well organised and action packed party for your little one then I would definitely recommend Cross fit. They transform the gym into a generous size obstacle arena for the kids to shoot nerf guns its awesome!! Try it!
Wish I'd found this gym years ago. First class coaching every session. In 3 months I've achieved more than I have done in the past 3 years at a regular gym. The community is amazing, no ego's just support and encouragement no matter what level you are. A fully inclusive and supportive environment for you to achieve your own personal goals.
Staff and coaches are amazing, explain everything well and show all movements. Get plenty of help not just from coaches but other members. Such an awesome group of people so friendly and the atmosphere is great. If you fed up of the usaul gym and classes this really is great and the results you see really are worth all the sweet.
