I joined Fort Stamford after a 6 week sizzler session, & now joined the membership. I been coming now for just over a couple of months.I am very impressed with ALL the very friendly, courtious staff. They are very helpful & nothing seems to much trouble !! I am very impressed with Fort Stamford & would be very happy to recommend them to a friend !! Xx Becky

I joined this gym a few months back and I love it! The facilities are brilliant, enough to use when at busy periods. The sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are of high standard and the classes are great.I haven't been into the bar yet, however it always looks welcoming.The staff are always happy and friendly - which is great! :)
