Prefect little swimming pool, lovely gym and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great range of classes and friends Friday once a month is genius.

Great little gym. Rarely busy (some evenings I'm the only one there)Friendly staff.Very un-intimidating (people of all sizes and age).Decent steam room and sauna.Decent pool (15 metres but VERY shallow end!)Early till late openings (think 6:30am-10pm most days)TIPSQuiet times after 7pm on evenings and quiet on Sundays.Pool busy in half term and when it's raining.Bring 1 for lockers.They do have towels for rent (50p) but sometimes they're being laundered.
