Great Price ....It serves the purpose better than distant gyms with high membership fees.
My induction was just me signing a document. Nobody explained any gym rules or showed me any equipment, so I'm stuck doing only what I already knew. The upsides are the cheap price, and very close distance to city centre.
A very affordable membership with all the machines and space you need. Also extremely quiet which is a bonus! Only downside is its a little messy in the changing rooms and not the cleanest in general.
Great gym! The machines and equipment are exactly what you need in the gym. Good opening hours and the staff are friendly. I would recommend everyone who want to get into shape or get trained, do so by the team there.But for the love of god I wish they would change their music. Perfect for a night club but not in the gym. May I suggest 70's & 80's rock music but not the remix rubbish. Or at least turn it down so we can hear our own music through our head phones instead.
Fantastic gym. Anybody is made to feel welcome, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Attended this gym for almost two years but have moved now for one with more group exercise classes & swimming pool though of course that comes with a price, and for the excellent price of TruGym memberships still got to give it top marks!!! If a gym is all you need then look no further, a great range of equipment and never been overcrowded there. Shame there is no parking but considering its location, again, still got to give full marks.
