One of the better 24hour gym could do with some different equipments u see at other gyms as there loads more out there

A great atmosphere for training, with a huge range of equipment. Being open 24 hours means you can always find time to go, and you can miss the rush. Dozens of classes a week.
Decent gym, can get really busy with over 200 people at times. Runs classes. Popular with students.
This place is a dump. I thought I'd give it a try since it's close to my house. I've not hardly trained here due to the lack of equipment and the weights are a mess. I'll probably keep my membership just for convenience but if you are travelling here " The Gym Group " on Derrys Cross is a far better choice and cheaper.
