CAR PARK: We found it difficult to find, and then signage to the hotel is non existent. Stairwells and lift are dirty and intimidating - if travelling alone I would really consider this - also 8 for overnight, it is a private car park not owned by the hotel - you can pay at hotel reception not ticket is required in your car.Hotel is very good, beds great, pillows good, shower is powerful and hot, plenty of room, hotel staff are very helpful and we both slept very well a great value for money.There are reviews about the windows not providing much sound blocking and that is very true.
Fabulous place to stay. Clean, neat and everything u could need. Comfy beds with all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great central point for shopping, theatre or just a general visit. Easy walk from train station too. Been before and will go again. Fabulous breakfast, so very fresh and everything u could want from cereal, fruit, continental to full English Costa station and bar area with plenty of seating downstairs.
Excellent location. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast amazing with a lot choice to suit every taste.
Just stayed here the one night. Was very good and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and well serviced and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent everything you could want and all fresh also it was constantly being topped up. This has got to be one of the best buffet breakfast I've had. The reason for four stars is the parking situation 8 a night and as my partner is disabled a bit of a walk for her. Otherwise it would of been five stars.
Had a great stay over the weekend. The hotel is well located and staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms are spacious and clean, containing a hairdryer and iron, shampoo and shower gel.The bar is good, and well priced considering it's a hotel. Did encounter the issue about phone signals frazzling the room key cards though - so keep them in different pockets
