Good standard of accommodation as you would expect from Premier inn, clean, tidy every thing working, good location near to the town and a short walk to the Barbican. You have to pay for parking now which is disappointing and some of the staff, well could do with a bit more training.
Stayed here for business, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, very inviting. The rooms are very pleasant with a television and heating. The bed is very comfortable, and depending what room you are in, you can look over the harbour. The food was absolutely delicious. Given the opportunity, Id come back for definite.
I had a great stay for two nights in the Sutton Harbour Premier iInn with my family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They had good food and a superb selection at breakfast time. The room itself was very clean and had great central location. I would highly recommend this hotel.Top tips, book harbour side not road side and pay for parking at reception .Great stay.
One of the best Premier Inns I have ever stayed. Vibrant interiors, central location literally five minutes from the harbour and excellent food and portions.Very clean and excellently looked after. Staff very available and kind.
