Lovely, clean rooms; great choice at breakfast, perfectly cooked by Maria. Our 2nd stay here. We love it's perfect location for exploring the Hoe.

Really lovely and spacious rooms a few steps away from the seafront and a few more from the Hoe.The owner is absolutely lovely and takes care of you 100%.I was here with my parents and we had 2 connected great rooms with 4 beds in total and also kitchen facilities (which we didnt use) and 2 modern showers/bathrooms . Absolutely more than enough space for the 3 of us at an affordable price.Breakfast (from 7 till 9) was also good and the cook is hilarious!Definitely family friendly and the fact that there are not a lot of rooms, allows you to be taken care of properly.
Amazing! Beautiful Victorian house right by the water edge. Our host Carla was delightful and the room was gorgeous. The beds Very comfortable and the room generally just amazing. I've never had a smart TV in a B&B before. Very clean throughout and the breakfast was to die for! So fresh and delicious! The food quality was second to none! Will definitely use Edgecumbe House next time I am in Plymouth!
Highly recommend this guest house without any hesitation. Terrific value for money. Staff incredibly hospitable and very professional. Breakfast 5 star.Location superb. Stop considering any other accommodations and book this place!
